4. Intellectual Property

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Architronix AI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our predictive analytics or operational efficiency tools. We strive for 99.9% uptime, but availability of dashboards is subject to standard maintenance cycles.
